Charming Old Inn with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a lovely two-night stay, relishing the friendly staff and the delicious homemade breakfast. Exploring the menu at the restaurant was a delight, especially the locally sourced seafood. the upper rooms require more maintenance. Opt for a lower room if stairs are a concern.

The Superior Double Room was spacious, which was perfect for us and our dog. The bed was really comfortable, and everything felt clean. Not plush, but definitely cozy. It had a nice vibe with some character, fitting for the rustic feel of the old building.

the location was really nice n the building felt quirky which we loved. the food was super tasty, especially the breakfast options. the staff were friendly and helpful. our room, the superior double, was cozy and comfy. overall, it felt like a charming lil getaway.
the bathroom was kinda dated and could use a revamp. also, there wasn't enough pressure in the shower.

Had a blast with my friends exploring the Camel Trail by bike and checking out the beach at Newquay! The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning. Just so you know, the early check-in was a plus, and we always had fresh towels!
We had one hiccup when we tried to dine on-site. the food quality didn't meet our expectations, especially considering the price. It felt a bit rushed in a multi-use space, which took away from the experience.

The location shines with its proximity to the beach and the charming stream that runs nearby. The building boasts interesting character, providing a cozy ambiance that draws you in upon entry.
The furniture throughout feels worn-out and mismatched, which detracts from the overall experience. I found stains on the pool table and the lounge furniture lacked comfort—definitely not inviting for a long stay. The bathroom featured an outdated and stained bathtub, without even basic amenities like soap for washing hands, which I expect from any decent establishment. My stay was also marred by a very noisy bar right below my room—soundproofing might be beneficial. Breakfast disappointed. for the price, I expected better quality items rather than cheap cereals and underwhelming fruit choices.

Delightful, delightful, delightful.
The food here is absolutely divine, crafted from fresh, local produce that made every meal a delight! The peaceful garden area, with a gentle creek flowing nearby, sets the perfect scene for relaxation. And let's not forget the short stroll to the beautiful beach – it was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay!
